(Q) How long will it take my order to be shipped?
(A) If the items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped out within the next 48 hours. You will be alerted if an item is temporarily out of stock or if any other delay will occur immediately. Your orders will be shipped via USPS ground mail and it will take 5-8 business days (Excluding Holidays) to be received. Contact us if you need it sooner. Higher rates will apply for rush orders.
(Q) Can I have orders shipped to a different address than my billing address?
(A)Yes. Just send us an e-mail letting us know where you want the item to be shipped to.
(Q) Can I get shipment to military or P.O. box addresses?
(A) Yes, we do ship to P.O. BOX & military addresses.
(Q) Do you offer free shipping?
(A) We will eventually offer free shipping on some of our products.
(Q) Do you offer international shipping?
(A) Yes, we do. The prices listed in the shop are for U.S. delivery addresses only.

(Q) Will I get a tracking number for my order?
(A) Yes, via email.
(Q) What are backorders?
(A) Backorder is when merchandise is temporarily unavailable because it has not been delivered to the distribution center, sold out or is being re-ordered. The expected shipping date for backorders will be informed to you during check out. We try our best to stay accurate about our estimated dates but please know that sometimes it can be a little delayed than expected due to rare circumstances.
